Items may be returned without a return handling charge, less our shipping cost, for any reason, so long as the below conditions are followed. Unless a wrong item was shipped in error by us, you are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning merchandise. Items thought to be defective are subject to the Neos warranty. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment ( Except for Christmas gifts, these have to be returned/exchanged by mid January following the year of purchase). Returned items must be new and unused and with original packaging intact.

Exchanges: First exchange within the contiguous USA will be shipped to you at our expense. Unless a wrong item was shipped in error by us, you are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning merchandise. We strongly suggest using UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service with a tracker, and that you keep your receipts. In cases of lost items shipped, the sender must make a claim with the shipper.
